Help with Diveology

Write to us and a person answers, usually within a day.

Write to us

support@diveology.com.au. Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and which iPhone or browser you use. A screenshot helps.

Signing in

Diveology has no passwords. Sign in with a passkey, or with the 6-digit code we email you. If you have lost the device that holds your passkey, use one of your recovery codes, or write to us.

Dive computers

Turn on Bluetooth, put the dive computer in its transfer or Bluetooth mode, then choose Dive computer in the app. See which computers Diveology can download from under Dive computer, Computers Diveology can download from.

Bringing your old logbook

Step-by-step guides: MacDive, Subsurface, and any dive log that writes UDDF.

Taking your logbook with you

In the app: Account, Export your logbook (UDDF or CSV). On the website: Account, Download my logbook.

Premium

Premium is a subscription through Apple. To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your logbook is not deleted when Premium ends, and you can always export it from the app.

Reporting a dive site or a diver

If a dive site in the directory is wrong, offensive or someone's private place, open it and choose Report. To report or block a diver, open the menu next to their name on a linked dive. You can also write to us. We look at every report within a day and take down what breaks the terms of use.

Deleting your account

In the app or on the website: Account, Delete account. Everything in it is deleted straight away. See the privacy policy for what that covers.
